Der ELB 03 DE - ist ein dickwandiger Endlager-Behälter - und nur das.

Er passt in eine Blei-Strahlenschutz-Hülle um im befüllten Zustand

gefahrlos transportierbar zu sein.

Wir haben in Deutschland keine Befüllmöglichkeit - es fehlt an HLW

weil noch nie ein Castor wieder geöffnet wurde - und unsere heissen 

Zellen sind baulich in DE für eine solche Behälter-Befüllung gar nicht

ausgelegt und veraltet - Heisse Zellen in Hochschulen sind nicht mit

den heissen Zellen der Industrie zu vergleich - Wir erbitten Hilfe RU.

Wir möchten mit den weltweit besten Nuklear-Experten arbeiten ...
