§ 1
Nuclear Waste disposal has to be build with Geological Disposal
Facility (GDF) The GDF has to be so deep, that a 500 m distance
to the lowest local ground water carrier level is ensured.
§ 2
All the HLW waste to be burried is : spent fuel and vitrified waste
§ 3
Also MLW and LLW also has to be burried in deep GDF, and every
undeep storage is not allowed. Holtec is not allowed to build GDF.
MLW and LLW contains a big variety of chemically toxic elements.
§ 4
Every GDF has to be : deep, dry, sealed in a gastight manner and
has to come with proof of eternal undercriticalness in deep GDF.
§ 5
Undeep, therefore wet GDFs without gastightness and proof of
eternal undercriticalness are NOT allowed ! (1 of 4 means NO)
§ 6
Hostrock for a GDF is : deep rocksalt under a massive overburden
not less then 1.000 Meters. That can be salt domes or salt layers.
Claystone or Granite hardrocks are NOT allowed for nuclear GDF.

GDF only requires hostrock geology and the land on the surface
has to be given back within a 20 year period. The land has to be
„given back as nice, as it was, before GDF facility was installed.“
§ 8
Government is allowed to expropriate GDF geology for GDF use,
but has to give back the land above after 20 years. The nuclear
waste is all over the US, foremost on the eastcoast and west-
coast – but the GDF geologies are mostly to be found in south
coast areas. – „The United States of Amerika show solidarity.“
§ 9
All direct neighbours receive direct and radial compensations for
the fact that a nuclear waste site is build in their neighbourhood.
The compensation has to be : 1 USD spend for GDF planning and
building - leads to 1 USD in legal neighbourhood compensations.
Its the heads living there that count ! – landownersize is nothing.
§ 10
The GDFs have to be payed directly from DOE nuclear waste fund.
The GDFs have to be build by private companies that have to be
able to show concepts, plans, cost and time calculations. – Every
GDF builder receives 20 % as start-money – then payments para-
llel to building process and a 5 % final payment after giving land
back. The GDF Builder companies also need to have Geologists,
Physicists for Thermodynamic calculations and Engineers. – All
mining staff working on site are receiving national US honors.
This is the fundamentals of Geological Disposal Facility Building.
Keep your US law as simple and readable as possible. Make the
US safe again. - Stand together as a Nation of intelligent people.
All participants in GDF have to report constantly to the public.
